Why Our Pets Love Us Unconditionally.

Why is it so easy for our dog and cat companions to love us unconditionally? They always see the light in us. They never judge us and they always see the love in each and every one of us. It doesn't matter if our friend or our boss does not care or like us. Our dog and cat companions always see the love in us. They teach us what unconditional love is. Unconditional love is based on total acceptance and compassion. What can be better than that?

Pets are Family

Many people do consider their dog or cat companion as family. Cat and dogs can be very loyal. Isn't family based on loyalty? Of course, it is. People trust in their family. However, some people may not trust all family members equally. But people do feel at ease in trusting their dog or cat family member. Why is it so easy to trust one's dog or cat, but sometimes not so easy trusting a particular human family member? Well, I don't know the answer to that. Maybe this has to do with how we know our dog or cat companion never would deliberately hurt us. If one could also look at a particular member of his human family the same way, he could also see that his family member never consciously intended  to cause harm. Maybe people should start seeing other humans as pure souls just like their cat or dog companion. This might lead to a more peaceful, human social life.
