Orders are sent out the same or next business day. Orders that weigh more than 6 pounds are sent by Fed-Ex Ground which takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Orders that weigh 6 pounds or less are sent out via U.S. Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery.

Orders that weigh less than 4 pounds are sent out via 1st class international mail.  1st class international mail usually takes 5-10 business days to be delivered.  Orders that are more than 4 pounds are sent out via U.S. International Priority Mail, which usually takes 6-10 business days for delivery.  Almost all orders are shipped out either the same or next business day.

An additional shipping charge applies for Ami Dog Food and Ami Cat food products  that weigh over 8 pounds which are shipped internationally (Canada not included).
